Payment methods
We offer two ways to pay your bill:
Card payment: We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express via Stripe. If you have a saved card on file, your card will be automatically charged on your invoice date. You can also pay manually from your invoice in the portal at any time.
Bank transfer: Payments can be made by direct bank transfer using the details on your invoice. Please include your customer ID as the reference on all transfers.
Invoicing
Invoices are issued monthly. You will receive your invoice by email and it will also be available in your customer portal at splynx.waysouth.com.au. Payment is due by the date shown on your invoice.
Late payments
If payment is not received by the due date, your service may be suspended. If you are experiencing difficulty paying your bill, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we’re a small local team and we’re always willing to work something out.
Customer portal
You can view invoices, check your account balance, manage your payment method and set up direct debit through your customer portal at splynx.waysouth.com.au. Log in using your email address. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page.
Refunds and credits
If an overpayment or credit exists on your account, it will be applied to your next invoice automatically. Refunds to your original payment method can be arranged on request, please contact us to discuss.
Financial Counselling
To speak with a financial counsellor or a consumer advocate, call the National Debt Helpline. This number will connect you to the service in the State or Territory closest to you – 1800 007 007 (9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday).
